Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain T&A
∎ Manage communication with raw material suppliers
∎ Communicate clearly and on time with stakeholders
∎ Manage merchandising calendar to meet deadlines.
∎ Develop merchandising guidelines and reference documents for team members.
∎ Identify and resolve merchandise, purchase order, and production issues in a timely fashion.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval;
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility;
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification;
∎ Coordinate with merchandisers to develop seasonal products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Superior time management, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders
∎ Preference will be given to those who have had experience working with US/Europe based customers
