Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare design data sheets and process layouts in coordination with cross-functional teams for HVAC, MEP, and Utility distribution systems.
Review consultant design drawings and documents (both internal and external) and prepare clear feedback summaries to ensure timely design optimization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to achieve optimum design solutions within project timelines.
Support design review meetings and ensure action points are addressed effectively.
Assist in cost optimization initiatives, focusing on reducing initial investment as well as long-term operating costs.
Identify and recommend energy-efficient and latest technologies to improve user convenience and system performance.
Support project planning and execution activities, including coordination, documentation, and progress tracking.
