Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall Coordinator in handling and managing transport operations.
∎ Ensure Timely availability of transport as per Schedules.
∎ Prepare Assign duty & roaster schedule of the drivers.
∎ Handling drivers & strictly maintains fuel consumption ratio.
∎ Ensure drivers have an up to date and proper license.
∎ Prepare and present the report on the fuel consumption.
∎ Supervise & Check logbooks.
∎ Directing activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking of Vehicles.
∎ Overall Coordinator in handling and managing transport operations.
