Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university.
∎ Highly Training experience will be preferred.

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Group of Companies, Garments, Textile
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: KEPZ, Chittagong
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in association with managers.
∎ Develop of Training modules/materials.
∎ Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
∎ Employees Orientation given.
∎ Proposes training and development programs and objectives.
∎ Arrange resource personnel both from in-house and outside for conducting the training program.
∎ Prepare training schedule and budget for the Year.
∎ Report to Head of HR in preparing different policy, procedure, manuals, SOP.
∎ Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
∎ Well conversant with 5's, 6 Sigma, Kaizen and Lean management.
∎ Keep systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training results, evaluation, logistics, and expenditure and meeting minutes.
∎ Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
∎ Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
∎ Conduct Training of the Trainer (TOT) and facilitates other trainings.
∎ Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
∎ Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated
