Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Equivalent degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internal all requisition in oracle system;
∎ Line wise style build-up plan;
∎ Leave management for all sewing workers;
∎ Worker increment & promotion management;
∎ Keep the documents such as MCP, Style wise size break down, Internal pre-production meeting, and Trim card ready for line chief;
∎ Assist line chief in daily sharp tools file maintaining;
∎ Assist department head to introducing and using KPI tools for the respective department's performance measuring at different session;
∎ Assist department head to updating job responsibilities (JDs) of the team members (including myself) when any changes taken place;
∎ Assist HR team in newly recruited employee placement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ At least 2-3 year(s) in relevant areas;
∎ Should have vast knowledge on MS office programs, Internet browsing, E-mail corresponding;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship.

Salary: Negotiable
