Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters from any recognized university in Agriculture, Biological Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage sales, distribution and business development of multiple markets.
∎ Daily outlet visit.
∎ Monitoring of dealers.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by management.
∎ Daily report to respective manager.
∎ Competitor's activity analysis.
∎ Engage in field work for 90% of total working hour. Field work based on dealer handling.
∎ Ensure sales & services of organic fertilizer in the designated areas of field crops, horticulture crops, nurseries, tea garden & other corporate clients.
∎ Analyze market competition & prepare sales report as when required.
∎ Establish an appropriate plan to archive monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Candidate have good relationship with Government agriculture officers of DAE/BARI/SRDI/BIRI etc will get prefer/priority.
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Candidate must have experience in Bogura, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet areas

Salary: Negotiable
