∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Retail Sales, Sales & Marketing, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitoring & maintain Dealers and distributors to achieve the given sales target of the assigned sales division;
∎ Planning sales targets for individual dealers and distributors of assigned area & team;
∎ Increasing sales volume of the company's different glass types products;
∎ Would prefer direct Selling/Marketing experience for the company;
∎ Should have good analytical & problem-solving skills along with excellent reporting skills;
∎ Provides target VS sales results by preparing & following sales tracking reports;
∎ Provides timely & structured feedback from Trade, Customers & Competitors;
∎ Daily//Weekly/Monthly Reporting of Sales with overall business objectives & activities;
∎ Gather and update Market information to the Line Manager or Sales Head; and
∎ Ability to work under pressure & to meet the deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong & good command in written & verbally both in English & Bengali.
∎ Timely mannered & analytically skilled.
∎ Meticulous & Technically sound.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
