Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implementing the customers SOP’s and closely monitoring for sustainability.
∎ Conducting the OTM meeting for all the new styles and addressing the findings with the concerned team.
∎ Conduct a weekly DUH meeting with factory management.
∎ To ensure bulk, conduct the first sewing, packing, and cartoon inspection.
∎ Provide label attachment approval for sewing.
∎ Provide pressing and packing approval before finishing.
∎ Checking of every style construction with App, CFM, BIS and MD sheet.
∎ Conducting a manual training program with the factory team. (Monthly basis).
∎ Arranging bulk pool garments and sending them to buyer’s o’s office (weekly).
∎ Preparing Factory 5S checklist, Mold checklist and an insect check list on weekly basis.
∎ Follow-up daily Pre-final, final, Final & Random inspection based on plan.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management as when required.
