Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge on cutting, sewing & finishing quality.
∎ Input and output management follow-up based on the planning sheet.
∎ Plan vs Actual report preparation.
∎ Delivery Follow-up.
∎ Factory evaluation based on Uniqlo factory check sheet (Weekly-Monthly)
∎ Weekly manual training program arrangement and conduct.
∎ Weekly DHU meeting conduct with factory management
∎ Every style construction checking with App, CFM, BIS and MD sheet.
∎ Daily sewing, finishing inline & packed carton garment random audit.
∎ 1st bulk check sewing & finishing.
∎ Process implementation and follow-up
∎ Folded garments checking with approved folding sheet.
∎ Bulk pool garments arranged and sent to Buyer office. (Weekly).
∎ NDC calibration (Weekly and Monthly)
∎ Moisture and Mold management follow-up.
∎ 5S and overall housekeeping follow-up.
∎ Bulk tracking chart update and share. (Daily basis)
∎ Weekly report preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ working with Uniqlo buyer will get preference.
