Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare daily and weekly wash plans based on production targets and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with production, QA, and merchandising teams to align washing schedules with overall production planning.
Monitor actual vs. planned wash output and take corrective actions in case of delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure timely movement of garments from sewing to washing and from washing to finishing.
Monitor and manage inventory of washed garments, chemicals, and washing supplies.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics within the washing unit.
Track the status of orders in the washing process and update planning dashboards.
Prepare daily reports on washing production, rewash rates, and output performance.
Identify and report issues affecting washing operations, such as machine downtime or quality failures.
Ensure that all washing processes adhere to compliance, quality, and safety standards.
Support environmental and chemical management practices as per company and legal requirements.
