Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Administration, Hardware Engineer, Network Engineering, Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PC maintenance & solve various types problem of user. (approximate 150+ Nos PC & android device also.)
∎ Operating System, application, scanner, printer & printer & another accessories installation.
∎ Domain server manage, update & maintenance, user ID & password create & reset.
∎ Manage exchange server, email creation, mail archive & storage manage per user.
∎ Internet, network support, Wi-Fi, user access control.
∎ Manage Microtick router for bandwidth manage, MAC access or others (Specially HO & Project office).
∎ Manage spam controller (user's in bound & outbound to block and allow)
∎ Purchase Laptop & desktop and all of IT related accessories
∎ Collect price quotation from vendor or supplier & make comparative statement then get approval from management before purchase.
∎ Follow-up supplier due bill for payment.
∎ Contact customer care for troubleshoot if fiber cut of any location
∎ Update information of www.selbn.com website.
∎ Follow up daily exchange server backup
∎ Maintain Dom server for data storage and Kaspersky endpoint security administrator server for virus guard & web control.
∎ Maintain PABX programming & troubleshooting.
∎ Claim warranty & follow-up to deliver in time to user.
∎ Make documentation of users receiving of PC and other accessories. Etc.
∎ Supervise IT assistant.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
