Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Diploma in CS/CSE/EEE/ETE. (Educational qualification is relax able for experienced person)
∎ Computer Training Knowledge will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktop, Laptop, Wireless Router, Scanner, Printer, UPS and other devices.
∎ Strong knowledge of Installing / Servicing & repair / troubleshooting / software installation for Desktop / Laptop / Printer / Scanner / UPS / Wireless Router / Projector and other devices.
∎ Sufficient networking knowledge with network cabling, router, switch, access point, wireless router, mikrotik setup / configure / troubleshooting & printer sharing.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Installing / Configuring / Troubleshooting Biometric Attendance system, e.g. Biolite Suprema, ZKTeco, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of CCTV / CC Camera installation / repair / troubleshooting. (DVR, XVR, NVR)
∎ Familiar with CCTV and CC Camera brands like Dahua, Hikvision, Jovision, Avtech, TeleEye, etc.
∎ Familiar with Windows, Mac, Linux operating systems in different versions.
∎ Good knowledge with Antivirus Software and rescues a system infected with viruses.
∎ Maintain IT asset registers regularly.
∎ Providing constant support in the required areas instructed by the management.
∎ Willing to support in various events and visit field offices if required.
∎ Able to work in a team, willing to work after hours to get work done.
∎ Discharge any other duties assigned by the authority.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years in these aforementioned areas.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Hardworking, punctual and honest.
