Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the accuracy of job creation data and the SMV updates in sewing.
∎ Ensure daily production, working hours, and manpower data accuracy in Oracle.
∎ The bundle movement from cutting to sewing and the documents received from cutting should match.
∎ Ensure that the issuance of job-wise sewing materials—such as zippers, threads, labels, and other sewing accessories—aligns with requirements.
∎ All materials must be issued according to the move order based on actual sewing production.
∎ Prepare reconciliation reports to identify discrepancies between Oracle production and manual production on a daily basis.
∎ Conduct reconciliation of the shipment-completed PF list on a monthly basis, ensuring that the data accuracy from cutting input to sewing production recorded in Oracle is thoroughly verified for each job, thereby minimizing data discrepancies in sewing.
∎ Ensure that there are no pending monthly job completions; if there are, take proactive measures to address the issues.
