Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up the data accuracy of job creation, SMV update in sewing.
∎ Daily line wise production, working hour & manpower data accuracy in Oracle.
∎ Bundle Movement-Cutting issue to sewing and receive from cutting document should be equal.
∎ Make sure Job Wise Sewing Material Issuance - Zipper, Thread, Label and other sewing accessories as per Requirement. All material should be issued as move order as per actual sewing production.
∎ Making reconciliation reports to check the discrepancy between oracle production and manual production on daily basis.
∎ Make reconciliation of the shipment-completed PF List of months wise, the data accuracy from cutting input receive to sewing production given on Oracle is checked properly for each job which reduces the data discrepancy from sewing.
∎ Make sure monthly job completion is not pending, and if so then take initiative to solve the problem.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
