Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To calculate daily Efficiency Report, WIP (Work in Progress), NPT (Nonproductive time), worker absenteeism and manpower allocation of sewing line.
∎ To find out the difficulties/bottle neck to catch up the set production target.
∎ Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity, efficiency and quality product.
∎ Attain P.P Meeting with Production Staff.
∎ To maintain databank by time study, capacity study, motion study, method study, work study and follow up study.
∎ To ensure Maximum productivity by using optimum utilization of resource.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Positive attitudes & Negotiation skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must be honest, active and disciplined.
∎ Candidate should have proper time management ability.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Management.
