∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ PGDHRM will be given preferred.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination all HR & Administrative function of the Company.
∎ To maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ To maintain and update personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ To maintain HR database by recording joining, transfers, separation & changes in the job classifications and update leave information.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ To maintain & prepare employee "Resign List" and "New Recruitment List" for every running month.
∎ Control of receive and dispatch of letters.
∎ Maintain of office machine, equipment and control the schedule of worker and staff vehicle.
∎ Up-keep of the office premises and maintain the safety issue.
∎ Overseeing the housekeeping and proper security system of the company.
∎ Coordination with the others departments for smooth operation of the company.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 with up to dated amendment, Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 & BEPZA salary gadget 2018.
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
∎ Candidate working or have worked in factory's based in EPZ will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
