Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01. Follow up weekly & monthly shipment plan chart as per delivery date & will plan for day production accordingly.
∎ 02. Worker balance based on Process.
∎ 03. Discussed with finishing IE team member for style wise SMV update & balancing issue & inform to line manager.
∎ 04. Meeting with supervisor and worker for aware about their target.
∎ 05. End of the day share production target achievement reported to supervisor & if got down then ask proper reason with corrective action plan.
∎ 06. Increase cut to ship % by balancing good garments & left over garments.
∎ 07. Maintain 5'S in everywhere in finishing section.
∎ 08. Maintaining & fill up buyer requirement to avoid any kind of buyer claim.
