Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ The Digital Sales & Marketing Jr.Executive's role is to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital sales and marketing activities across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience in wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures of online and social media marketing and monetization programs.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Generate revenue for the organization, using both the online and offline sales and marketing activities, and practices.
∎ Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverable.
∎ Operating and executing the Social Media monetization programs such as Facebook Audience Network, Video Monetization in Facebook, and YouTube etc.
∎ Creating necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising and conduct advertising campaign.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Digital Marketing, Digital Sales and Marketing, Facebook Blueprints
∎ 1 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or in a similar role.
∎ Experience in Database Marketing, E-mailers & SMS activities to generate leads.
∎ Knowledge of website analytic tools.
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
∎ Meticulous attention to details.
∎ Organized and able to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
∎ PREFERABLES:
∎ Knowledge of social media operations and management.
∎ Working knowledge of Adobe Photo shop/Illustration/In-motion would be added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable, depending on qualification and experience.
