Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are hiring a Jr. Executive-Fabric Shade Quality to ensure shade consistency and finishing excellence in our textile production. The role involves monitoring bulk fabric shade, checking unload shade and finishing parameters, inspecting shades during stenter and compacting, and following up on chemical parameters to maintain top-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Unload shade check & finalize finishing parameters to maintain consistency from the start of production.

  2. Conduct online stenter and compacting batch shade checks during running production to ensure shade accuracy.

  3. Perform 100% shade roll quality checks on the inspection table to guarantee uniformity.

  4. Carry out final inspection shade checks before dispatch to meet customer requirements.

  5. Execute full batch quality checks during compacting to uphold production integrity.

  6. Coordinate shade roll lab tests and follow up on results for continuous improvement.

  7. Oversee full batch lab test fabric follow‑ups to validate compliance with standards.

  8. Monitor and follow up chemical parameters during stenter operations to ensure process control.

  9. Supervise first bulk fabric shade and quality checks to set benchmarks for ongoing production.
