∎ B.Sc in Textiles or Fashion designing from any reputed university.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for the experienced candidates from garments accessories companies.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently taking care of all sample developments assigned for all types of garment accessories (Tag & Label especially).
∎ Consistently and continually meet or exceed defined requirements for product quality and customer support.
∎ Ensure immediate and innovative responses to customer.
∎ Work towards developing service standards and strategies, which would be the company's competitive advantage.
∎ Ensure customers standard requirements in terms of delivery, samples and orders are duly recorded to the respective departments.
∎ Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
∎ Must have clear sense of color and product.
∎ Cannot be color blind.
∎ Must have clear technical knowledge about materials and sources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to develop a product (sample) following a technical sheet.
∎ Should have good knowledge of products, sample, fabrics, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders / styles at a time independently.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers spec & requirements.
∎ Candidates must be smart, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skill are must.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Standard Microsoft Office Computer skills.
∎ Able to work stressful situations inside the company.
Salary: Negotiable
