∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person for Land acquisition Department.
∎ The candidate must have basic knowledge on Land Acquisition and convincing capacity of handling the Land owners for Joint Venture.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect data from various zone as per instruction of superior.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowners for arranging the meeting.
∎ Basic knowledge on land sourcing, proposal preparation and submission.
∎ Land procurement and related affairs as and when required.
∎ Strong capability to perform field level work.
∎ Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ Honest and hard working candidates will get preference.
