Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/technical positions

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Bdjobs, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires

• Maintain recruitment database and prepare hiring reports

• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
