Responsibilities & Context:
Answer customer calls and messages in a friendly and professional way.
Manage emails and internal communication clearly.
Prepare reports using Google Sheets, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Zoom, WhatsApp.
Plan and launch new courses.
Talk to participants (by phone or in person) and enroll them in the new course.
Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow the business.
Preparing and managing VAT, Income Tax, and legal matters for consultancy purposes.
Keep daily sales records updated and maintain accurate data.
Manage time smartly and solve problems wisely.
Coordinate office programs. ( Presentation, Photography, Overall Management)
