Responsibilities & Context:
- Bill/ Invoice preparation
- Challan Preparation
- Customer credit follow up
- Account Receivable tracking and collection
- Payments to respective vendors
- Perform monthly bill collections as per company credit policy
- Prepare reports/claims for submission to Regional Office. (Weekly/monthly)
- Other accounts matters as assigned by head of department
- IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Face the internal/external audit as needed
- Carry out any other tasks as may be considered necessary by RR-Imperial management
