∎ This position is for female only.
∎ Computer knowledge and typing skill in mandatory (English & Bangla Bijoy).
∎ Must have experience in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word), mailing and internet browsing.
∎ Must have experience in typing (English and Bangla in Bijoy is essential).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily accounting transactions are being properly done.
∎ Prepare and posting all types of vouchers, petty cash and related transaction.
∎ Prepare daily expenditures, receive, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions.
∎ Updating the books of accounts and records on a regular basis.
∎ Collect bills or dues from clients and maintain accurate records of payments.
∎ Send and documentation bill copies to clients both physically and via online platforms.
∎ Competency and manage customer relationship management and lead distribute in CRM team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Daily, Weekly and monthly reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
∎ Daily reporting to superior authority/management.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
