Education:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related technical discipline.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • 1–3 years of experience in cooler management, RAC service, or maintenance roles in FMCG, beverage or related industries.

  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle cooler-related issues efficiently.

  • Good reporting, coordination and documentation skills.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, ERP, or asset tracking tools).

  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and attention to detail.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide service support according to daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

  • Prepare and submit the daily work report including details of regional complaint status and pending quantities.

  • Perform breakdown troubleshooting and corrective maintenance as required.

  • Supervise cooler receiving activities at regional depots or warehouses.

  • Verify and process cooler loading and unloading bills with Field Force (FF) signatures.

  • Maintain accurate stock records of all regional warehouse coolers.

  • Execute cooler change and pullout activities region-wise as per sales force or management requests.

  • Maintain all working reports in both soft and hard copies for record and audit purposes.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance during off-peak seasons to reduce breakdowns.

  • Ensure proper data management and documentation of all regional coolers in the official system.
