Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the all bulk wash of the production.
∎ Checking accuracy of the style and color wise washing.
∎ Checking the shade of color, Stone and blech when wash.
∎ Checking the shade of non-wash and wash garments.
∎ Ensure the quality of the wash as per buyer requirement.
∎ Provide support in any kinds of problem & give solution and set parameter to overcome the same problem in future
∎ Minimize production cost, chemical cost & utilization resources 100%
∎ Communicate with store, finishing, quality assurance, laboratory and other concerned department for smooth operation
∎ Monitor daily production & reprocess report.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ready to do shifting duty.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
