Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the boiler and other related machinery and ensuring it is functional & safe at all times.
∎ Inspect safety devices on a daily basis, running tests and reporting any unusual situations.
∎ Monitor and maintaining maintain log of meter and gauge reading and record data, such as water test result and quantity of fuel consumed, steam pressure, in feed ware quantity etc.
∎ Operates automatically fired boilers to generate steam that supplies heat or power buildings or industrial processes.
∎ Observes pressure, temperature, and other gauge and meters on panel to verify specified operation of automatic combustion control systems, feed water regulators and burners.
∎ Turns valves and adjusts controls to set specified fuel feed, water level, and steam pressure of boiler.
∎ Observes boiler and auxiliary units to detect malfunctions and makes repairs, such as changing burners and tightening pipes and fittings.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have 1st class boiler operator certification.
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
