Job Context:
∎ The company will be hiring a dynamic person who is responsible to assist superior to do the COMPLIANCE activities.
∎ Job Location: ECTA Dhaka Ltd. (Near Dhaka EPZ), Village : Subondi (Natun Nagor) P.O. : Dhamsona, P.S. Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing policy and procedures and monitoring compliance following the Bangladesh labor code 2006.
∎ Originator and monitor of company compliance policies and behavior to meet the company's code of conduct.
∎ Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company.
∎ Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of the compliance program.
∎ Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and code of conduct by evaluating, or recommending the initiation of, investigative procedures.
∎ Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Top Managements informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers.
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about Health & Safety, Fire safety, Accident & Rout case analysis.
∎ To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permit.
∎ Assist to developing HR policy and procedures with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation and administration.
∎ Assist to superior to ensure the factories always prepared / ready for different Social compliance Audit.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in 5S & its implementation.
∎ Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Respective Field is essential.
∎ Must visit the production floor couple of times during day.
∎ Must have excellent command over English in writing & speaking.
∎ Must be able to operate Computer, along with Microsoft Office word and excel & capable of typing in Bangla via BIJOY.
∎ Working experience in Factories (Garments) or manufacturing companies will be given preference
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of compliance rules and practices.
∎ Capable to handle high working load.
∎ Proactive and able to work independently.
Salary: Negotiable
