Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Compliance or any Compliance Certification (Exp. ISO) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & implement factory CTPAT & FCCA requirements as per buyer standards.
∎ Find out the non-compliance issues regarding CTPAT & FCCA by daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory.
∎ Take necessary initiative to remedy of all CTPAT & FCCA , non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ Prepare & update of all CTPAT & FCCA related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Face audit like, Wal-Mart, WRAP, CTPAT & FCCA, for different kinds of buyers.
∎ Arrange training such as Orientation & Security Awareness training effectively.
∎ Assist in preparing/ updating policies for CTPAT & FCCA.
∎ Arrange all kinds of the meeting (CTPAT & FCCA), make up to date the registers.
∎ Assisting in various CTPAT & FCCA matters through conducting internal assessments as well as recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
∎ Implementing CTPAT & FCCA related initiatives.
∎ Any other relevant task given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ CTPAT & FCCA .
∎ Knowledge on CTPAT & FCCA audit.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills (Both Written & Verbal English).
