Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome guests.
∎ Must be able to use: Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Process, Check and follow up on all related bills.
∎ Maintain daily financial reporting by using Accounting Software / Microsoft Excel.
∎ Preparation of Bank vouchers & Maintenance of Bank Register and Cash Book.
∎ Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors Process bank deposits Reconcile financial statements.
∎ Monthly & Annually Profit & Loss calculation.
∎ Contact with clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
∎ Preparing daily/weekly report of bank balances and outstanding cheque.
∎ Monthly expenditure & income statement.
∎ Maintain and Record, day to day Transaction in the excel.
∎ Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Resolving customer complaints.
∎ Building and maintaining customer relationships.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
