Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ MBA/ M.COM/ CMA or ACCA qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to prepare & maintain company accounts, cash and bank transaction, receipt and payment statement, working knowledge of ERP's and accounting softwares. (SAP, TALLY,ORACLE)
∎ Post and process accounting entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
∎ The applicants should have experience in Finance & Accounts department specially in Trading Sector.
∎ Must be organized, self-motivated and service minded.
∎ Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.
∎ Must have good communication skills in both English and Bengali languages.
∎ Candidate should be hard working, self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Prepare expenses payment approved by management and verify to supporting documents
∎ Update accounts payable and accounts receivable and perform reconciliation
∎ Support month end and year end account closing process
∎ Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
∎ Reconciles bank accounts on monthly basis
∎ Monitor and resolve bank issues including fees anomalies and check differences
