Property Search BD is expanding its real estate joint venture (JV) network, with a special focus on Jolshiri Abashon.

We are looking for motivated, well-connected real estate professionals who can identify suitable property developers, initiate business discussions, facilitate negotiations between developers and landowners, and help close successful joint venture agreements.

This is an opportunity for individuals who understand the real estate market, have strong networking and negotiation skills, and want to earn through successful business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach reputable real estate developers interested in joint venture projects at Jolshiri Abashon.

• Connect interested developers with relevant landowners from Property Search BD's available network.

• Arrange meetings and facilitate communication between landowners and developers.

• Coordinate discussions regarding land details, development proposals, commercial terms, and JV structures.

• Follow up with both parties throughout the negotiation and deal-making process.

• Help move qualified opportunities toward signed joint venture agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of developer contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and deal progress in the company's ERP system.

• Maintain professional confidentiality regarding landowner information and business negotiations.
