Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Jetty Sarkar License
∎ Handling with import & export consignments for also its clearing & forwarding
∎ Make liaison with the Freight Forwarding &, Customs & Port
∎ To coordinate with CTG port for release of goods
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on machinery/Spare Parts documents, MSDS & TDS
∎ Maintain Email, NOC (No objection certificate), Risk Bond & shipping guarantee, Container receiving and register entry
∎ Collecting DO, Checking shipping agent free time, port free time, Plan to deliver goods
∎ Ensure PO verification, bill of lading, delivery order, bill of exchange, Indent and others import related documents
∎ Maintaining proper file record, preparing documents & preservation of important documents
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on machinery/Spare Parts documents, MSDS & TDS
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistics activities of import to timely in house
∎ Shall be committed to release the goods on time & must avoid any detention charges
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on import policy, to be updated with BB, port & customs
∎ To be obedient, mentality to work as a team member and always to be punctual & service oriented. Must be with corporate mentality and must be punctual & smart in speaking
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
