Customs Bond, Customs Documentation, Sea port operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have valid Customs Sarkar License.
∎ Maintain regular formalities with customs department to clear the goods from port.
∎ Prepared requisition/ documents of all kind of custom duty damage, demurrage and radiation as per the requirement of customs authority.
∎ Prepare import job adjustment, custom related notes and letter.
∎ Amendment of IGM (if any discrepancy), check import policy, SRO, certificate of origin & relevant order, invoice, packing list & B/L of import documents with H.S. code.
∎ Ensure PO verification, bill of lading, delivery order, bill of exchange, Indent and others import related documents.
∎ Maintaining proper file record, preparing documents & preservation of important documents.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on machinery/Spare Parts documents, MSDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain Email, NOC (No objection certificate), Risk Bond & shipping guarantee, Container receiving and register entry.
∎ Import Vessel position monitoring, ASYCUDA submission follow-up & on-time delivery arrangement without any Port & Shipping line demurrage.
∎ Clear conception on IM-4, IM-7, CPC code also applicable duty, capable to calculation Duty & others.
∎ Must have knowledge on L/C, Banking, Efficient to operate computer (especially in MS office and internet browsing, Printing documents) to work in govt. & non-govt. online portals.
∎ To be obedient, mentality to work as a team member and always to be punctual & service oriented. Must be with corporate mentality and must be punctual & smart in speaking.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor.
