Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage software project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
∎ Follow and maintain standard project management approach, process and policy.
∎ Performs requirements analysis activities, including eliciting and documenting user requirements, developing the system architecture, defining and documenting requirements for the sub-systems and interfaces, and identifying constraints and operational scenarios
∎ Assist BRS, SRS & DRG scopes, Gap Analysis, UAT, Migration, Feasibility test, process tuning, User training.
∎ Prepare project plan, explain to stakeholders with WBS from the plan & distribute among responsible team members.
∎ Contribute and participate in strategic & technical planning, deployment of IT systems
∎ Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder as needed in regards to project deliverable including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders
∎ Identify and resolve common problems across projects and recommend standardized project management processes and tools, Strive for reducing project costs and improving project success as well as recommending corrective actions and strategy when required
∎ Performs impact analysis for change requests and implementing approved change requests
∎ Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
∎ Preparing weekly / monthly status report for presenting with management and provide timely status reports comparing the achievement of the project with actual KPIs
∎ Assist procurement team for milestone based bill processing, process necessary memo and approval for project payments, central bank clearance for foreign remittance.
∎ Responsible for post live support period and successfully handover the project outcome to target stakeholders (business, operations, regulatory teams etc.).
∎ Ensure demand management by prioritizing projects and features within specific project based on available resource and business needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A master degree is preferred in Business studies (MBA).
∎ Certification on Scrum, Prince2/ PMP is preferred or at least received the training.
∎ Having experience in banking/financial software will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of Digital products.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.
