Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge of OOP programming languages and related frameworks and development tools for the respective Application development using Java, ReactJS or Angular.
∎ Experience with ERP and Hospital management software.
∎ Experience with Microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
∎ Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, oauth2, ReactJS, Angular and Android App development.
∎ Experience with ProsgreSQL, Oracle or MS SQL Server.Capable of analyzing, and fully understanding project requirements to formulate and implement the solutions effectively to meet the end users' requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based or ReactJS or Angular, NextJS applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
∎ Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and performance guidelines.
∎ Identify and address technical debt and architectural issues in existing codebase.
