• Manage strategic relationships with global and local IT vendors, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and timely follow-ups.

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract management activities, including pricing, licensing, renewals, SLAs, and compliance, in collaboration with IT, Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams.

• Monitor vendor performance and governance frameworks to ensure service quality, SLA adherence, security compliance, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution.

• Drive optimization of ICT expenditure by improving cost efficiency, rationalizing contracts, consolidating vendors, and enhancing vendor performance.

• Support ICT leadership and business stakeholders with vendor strategy development, market intelligence, audits, and data-driven decision-making aligned with organizational goals.
