∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Level 1 and Level 2 support to IT Users
∎ Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues
∎ Installation and configuration of Desktops / Laptops
∎ Prepare work reports
∎ Reports to Head of IT

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ Years work experience in similar field
∎ Knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10)
∎ Basic Networking Knowledge
∎ Candidates with MCSA or similar certification preferred
∎ Experience of Office 365, an advantage
∎ Good inter-personal skills

Salary: Negotiable
