Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
∎ Proven experience in network and Windows troubleshooting
∎ Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
∎ Basic understanding of Joomla / WordPress
∎ Basic knowledge in PHP
∎ Intermediate level experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
∎ Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and network systems
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network and Windows issues
∎ Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets and provide advanced support as needed
∎ Build and maintain basic web pages using page builders
∎ Provide technical assistance and support to users over the phone and Remote Desktop applications.
∎ Document and track all support incidents and resolutions in a timely manner
∎ Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
∎ Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

∎ Age 20 to 25 years
