Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide timely support for system and application problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
∎ Monitor network performance and security to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
∎ Perform routine maintenance of servers, storage systems, and other IT assets.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update enterprise software systems.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and resolutions.
∎ Provide training to staff on using new systems and applications.
∎ Respond to user queries and assist in improving IT literacy across the organization.
∎ Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
∎ Ensure adherence to data security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
