Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc in CSE/ETE/EEE/ECE or Diploma in CST/Electronics /Telecommunication any reputed University or Institute.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Candidate must be eager for shifting/roaster duty.

• Candidate must have CCNA certification.

• Candidate must stay near factory premises.

• Good communication skill with end user.

• Must be knowledge about Microsoft Office.

• IT technical support, monitoring and maintain the computer systems and networks in Walton Headquarter.

• Installs and configures computer systems, diagnose hardware/ software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or physically.

• Hands on support on Operating Systems (Windows 2000 series, Windows 11, Linux - install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain).

• Database install, configure and troubleshoot.

• Network trouble shoots, network maintenance and network cabling.

• Assist to implement LAN/WAN/Internet/Intranet connectivity for remote.

• End user effective communication for understanding problems and solving at user expectation level.
