Responsibilities & Context:
Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Monitor and respond to IT service requests through the ticketing system
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and enterprise applications
Administer user accounts, profiles, and access controls as per organizational policies
Perform routine system maintenance, including patches, updates, and security enhancements
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VPN-related issues to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets, hardware, and software licenses
Support and maintain macOS and Windows-based devices
Provide remote support using modern collaboration and remote access tools
