∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Database).
∎ Acquaintance with SAP & Business Analysis.
∎ Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the manufacturing industry preferably in electrical and electronics manufacturing, is preferred.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
∎ Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to long-term business planning.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Collect and forward IT-related development plans from the Chairman to the IT team for execution.
∎ 2. Monitor and follow up on IT team tasks, providing regular updates to the Chairman.
∎ 3. Ensure timely implementation of assigned IT projects.
∎ 4. Analyze departmental data, including ongoing projects and obstacles, to prepare summarized reports.
∎ 5. Conduct data analysis and provide insights for business decision-making.
