Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Disassemble and reassemble computers using various types of hand tools. Assist in producing test procedures for different types of products.
∎ Repair IT peripherals and equipment, such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, scanners, etc. Reinstall operating systems when hard disks break down.
∎ Adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity problems, which involve replacing screens on computers, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop computers, besides mobile devices and Macs.
∎ Solve problems with screens, network cards, motherboards, video cards, and sound cards within the promised date.
∎ Test hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems.
∎ Conduct functionality tests and performance tests on the final product.
∎ Create specifications and documents for components and complete computer systems.
∎ Contact the user to solve the problem over the phone or physically during urgent situations.
∎ Help the divisional IT person to solve any plaza/ CSM hardware-related issue (CPU, Printer, Scanner, All in one, etc.).
∎ Maintain wastage IT product reports and try to recycle wastage products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Computer hardware troubleshooting course.
∎ Familiarity with all kinds of IT products.
∎ Hardware development experience.
∎ Strong hardware analytical skills.
