∎ Age 23 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems across offices/properties.
∎ Monitor real-time feeds and ensure continuous surveillance uptime.
∎ Troubleshoot camera connectivity or power issues.
∎ Perform periodic backup and health check of DVR/NVR systems.
∎ Install and configure IP phone systems (e.g., PBX setup, VoIP configuration).
∎ Maintain user accounts, extensions, call routing, and voicemail systems.
∎ Troubleshoot call quality issues, dropped calls, or device failures.
∎ Coordinate with VoIP providers or ISPs if needed.
∎ Set up, manage, and maintain Wi-Fi networks in offices/buildings.
∎ Handle access point installation, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
∎ Resolve connectivity issues for users (slow internet, no access, signal drops).
∎ Bijoy Professional Bangla Typing
∎ MS Office work (word, excel, powerpoint etc.) Photoshop
∎ Accuracy 90%, Typing Speed 38 wpm
∎ Provide tech support to employees (hardware/software/network).
∎ Maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other office tech.
∎ Maintain asset inventory (cameras, phones, routers, etc.).
∎ Document issues and resolutions, and prepare regular IT status reports.
∎ Respond to IT help desk tickets or direct requests.
∎ Train staff on proper usage of IP phones, network access, or basic IT
∎ troubleshooting.
∎ Documentation, Deed Writing
