Responsibilities & Context:
  • Face All of the audit like (BSCI, Sedex, Acc GRS, Oeko-tex, GOTS and others)

  • Ensure renewal of all types of licenses and approval from different regulatory authorities

  • House keeping at factory premises

  • Overall utility management

  • Development & Execution of company's policies, procedures and decisions of the Management.

  • Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the factory providing required administrative & logistic support to all departments & employees of the Unit.

  • All kind of responsibility for Admin, HR & Compliance

  • To develop, upgrade, and implement HR policies, and guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth operation within the company.

  • Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.

  • Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salaries & wages, overtime settlement bills, etc.

  • To improve workers and management relationships, communicate with workers & staff, attend participation committee meetings, and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.

  • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff etc. on administrative issues.

  • Ensure security of buildings, properties, premises & personnel.

  • Following up on hygienic issues, Implement & Execute ACCORD Compliance.

  • Ensure administrative-related MIS is properly maintained, update.
