∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in an IT support or system administration role.
∎ Strong knowledge of Windows Server, network configuration, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
∎ Familiarity with cloud systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
∎ Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving IT-related issues.
∎ Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Good communication and problem-solving skills.Mandatory Technical Skills:
∎ Experience with MikroTik, TP-Link, or other network devices.
∎ Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems administration.
∎ Thorough knowledge of backup solutions and data recovery processes.
∎ Experience in IT product procurement, vendor coordination, and warranty handling.Practical experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain computer networks, servers, and systems.
∎ Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
∎ Configure, install, and update IT tools and software systems.
∎ Implement security measures (firewalls, antivirus, data backup, etc.).
∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems proactively.
∎ Manage user accounts, access control, and system rights.
∎ Assist in CRM and ERP support and integration.
∎ Document IT processes and create user guides for internal teams.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support digital transformation goals.
∎ Manage IT product procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking.
∎ Handle warranty claims, repairs, and IT asset lifecycle management.
∎ Oversee CCTV setup, maintenance, and footage management.
∎ Ensure continuous CCTV surveillance uptime and troubleshoot camera/network issues.
∎ Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and brand standards.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's IT infrastructure, managing IT procurement, supporting security systems including CCTV, and ensuring business continuity through strong technical practices.
