Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 25 years
- Only Male
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/Wi-Fi networking, and common IT tools.
Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently under supervision.
Prior experience in IT asset/inventory documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
Installation and maintenance of desktop PCs, laptops, and office IT equipment.
Maintain and update IT inventory, software license records, and asset tracking.
Document IT procedures, network diagrams, user manuals, and system configurations.
Maintain documentation for vendor coordination, procurement, and IT service records.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT personnel and follow up as needed.
