Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong understanding of Computer Assembling, IP Network Installation, configuration, administration & maintenance.
∎ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Hardware (Desktop / Laptop / Printer / Access Point / IP PABX Configuration / XVR / IP Camera / Projector / Switch / Attendance device / IP Phone/Server/ Mikrotik Router, Cisco Managed Switch, Server Rack Setup, Faceplate Modular, Optical Fiber, Media Converter, Wi-Fi Router Configuration)
∎ Operating System Install, activation & troubleshooting (Windows, MacOS, Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu).
∎ Biometric attendance devices and access control systems Installation & troubleshooting.
∎ Microsoft Office 365 Mail Server maintenance and Outlook configuration. Provide daily technical support to employees at both locations; resolve IT-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Work with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance, licensing, upgrades, and software/hardware services.
∎ Implement scheduled backups and disaster recovery systems; ensure data protection across critical platforms.
∎ Monitor network and system security, apply security policies, and respond to cybersecurity threats or breaches.
∎ Maintain up-to-date documentation for hardware/software inventories, licensing, configurations, and network diagrams.
∎ Work with HR, Finance, Production, and other departments to assess and meet IT-related requirements and improvements.
∎ Good Knowledge of MS. Word, MS. Excel & MS.
∎ PowerPoint.
∎ Provide service to network cabling and configuring.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the superior from time to time. Any other duties assigned by the Management.
